Chief Nursing Officer

Brad Olk

Brad Olk is the chief nursing officer for Select Specialty Hospital - Milwaukee St. Francis. In this role since 2023, Brad is responsible for organizing and administering the Department of Clinical Services at the hospital and implementing standards of care, policies, programs and procedures as established by Select Medical. Brad is also responsible for ensuring quality and compliance and directs employee growth and development.

Before taking on the role of chief nursing officer, Brad worked as director of quality, charge nurse, new grad nurse preceptor and staff nurse at Select Specialty Hospital - Milwaukee West Allis and Select Specialty Hospital – St. Francis.

Brad earned his registered nurse certification from Waukesha County Technical College.
