Director of Rehabilitation Therapy

Roger Schmitz, MS, CCC-SLP

Roger Schmitz is the director of rehabilitation therapy for Select Specialty Hospital – Madison. In this role since 2024, Roger is responsible for LTAC and inpatient rehabilitation program development and directs the daily operations of the inpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Roger has over twenty years of clinical and leadership experience within inpatient rehab, LTAC, acute and sub-acute settings. He earned both a bachelor and master of science degree in speech-language pathology from Marquette University. He is also an active member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
