Will Aycock, Chief Executive Officer

Will Aycock is the CEO of Select Specialty Hospital – Hampton Roads. In this role since May 2021, he oversees daily hospital operations and patient experience.

Previously, he served as chief operating officer of Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, an HCA Hospital. Will enhanced patient and employee experiences while overseeing several service lines along with the facility’s ethics and compliance efforts.

Earlier, he held increasingly responsible leadership roles across Virginia, working for Fauquier Health as an assistant administrator and administrative resident for Wilson Medical Center. He also has several years’ experience as a recruiter for HCA Capital Division and Aerotek Scientific.

Will earned a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College.
