Chief Nursing Officer

Shenicka Stoves

Shenicka Stoves is the chief nursing officer for Select Specialty Hospital - Dallas Downtown. In this role since 2022, she drives quality care, staff development and operational excellence. Passionate about nursing and patient advocacy, Shenicka remains committed to fostering a supportive and high-performing health care environment.

Prior to this role Shenicka served various roles in the hospital, demonstrating her expertise, dedication and commitment to improving patient outcomes.

A proud native of Houma, Louisiana, Shenicka earned her nursing degree from Our Lady of the Lake College in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and leadership.
