Free and convenient parking is provided for all patients, families and visitors in all levels of Seton Garage, located behind the hospital complex. Levels A and B are reserved for patients and visitors. Most handicapped parking is located on Level B. The Skybridge at Level D connects the garage to the hospital’s main concourse.
About our hospital
Select Specialty Hospital – Nashville West is a 30-bed critical illness recovery hospital located on the sixth floor of Ascension St. Thomas Hospital West. We specialize in helping medically complex patients breathe, eat, speak, think and walk as independently as possible.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located on the hospital’s first floor.
Hours:
Breakfast: 6 – 10 a.m., weekends 7 – 10 a.m.
Lunch: 10:45 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Lunch ends at 2 p.m. Tuesdays)
Afternoon Grill: 3 – 8 p.m.
Dinner at the Grill: 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Late Night: 10:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Vending machines are located immediately outside the cafeteria.

- Merge onto I-440 West
- Take Exit 1 - West End going west
- Saint Thomas will be on the right
From I-40 West:
- Merge onto I-440 East
- Take Exit 1 - West End going west
- Saint Thomas will be on the right
From I-40 East:
- Take Exit 204 - White Bridge Road
- Turn right onto White Bridge Road
- Turn left onto Harding Pike

Pricing transparency
Effective January 1, 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is requiring hospitals to make standard charges public. CMS issued a final rule on November 15, 2019 that provides the details related to the required information. Hospitals are expected to update this information at least annually or more often as appropriate, to reflect current charges. Note the standard charges provided may not accurately reflect what any given individual is likely to pay for a particular service, as this will be dependent upon your insurance coverage and the terms of the insurance plan. You should check with your insurance coverage to determine if you will have, any out of pocket costs. Note, some charges may be subject to change during the year without notice and the timing of updates may affect the posted charges on this site.
Note that other healthcare providers who may separately bill the patient may provide some services in our hospital and that provider may or may not participate with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as our hospital.

Community Health Needs Assessment
A Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is completed every three years to identify health needs of the community served. Select Specialty Hospital – Nashville West works with local health departments, local health care systems, and community leaders to develop an implementation strategy to address priorities identified.
