Parking tokens must be purchased at machines on the garage’s first floor, near the elevators. One is also located in 1 Mansfield’s elevator lobby.

Valet service is available (for a small fee) Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Valet attendants are located adjacent to the Mansfield Building’s D-Level at the corner of Fifth and Evans Avenues.

Select Specialty Hospital – McKeesport is a 30-bed, critical illness recovery hospital located on the sixth floor of UPMC McKeesport Hospital’s Crawford Building. We specialize in helping critically ill patients breathe, speak, eat, walk and think as independently as possible.
The cafeteria is on the Shaw Building’s A Level.
Breakfast: 6:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 3 - 6:30 p.m.
Subway is located on the Prescott Building’s first floor and open daily.
Vending machines can be found on the Crawford Building’s first floor and next to the emergency department on the Mansfield Building’s C Level.

There are a number of hotels and motels near our hospital (some of which may offer special rates to our guests), along with a wide range of restaurants and dining options.
In addition, Family House, established in 1983, is a nonprofit licensed organization that provides a special "home away from home" for patients and families who must travel to Pittsburgh for treatment of serious or life-threatening illnesses. Located in Pittsburgh’s Oakland and Shadyside sections, Family House operates four free-standing houses (Family House Shadyside, Family House McKee, Family House Neville and Family House University Place) with a total of 160 guest rooms.

Effective January 1, 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is requiring hospitals to make standard charges public. CMS issued a final rule on November 15, 2019 that provides the details related to the required information. Hospitals are expected to update this information at least annually or more often as appropriate, to reflect current charges. Note the standard charges provided may not accurately reflect what any given individual is likely to pay for a particular service, as this will be dependent upon your insurance coverage and the terms of the insurance plan. You should check with your insurance coverage to determine if you will have, any out of pocket costs. Note, some charges may be subject to change during the year without notice and the timing of updates may affect the posted charges on this site.
Note that other healthcare providers who may separately bill the patient may provide some services in our hospital and that provider may or may not participate with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as our hospital.
