Renee Gratter, Chief Nursing Officer

Renee Gratter, BSN, R.N. is the chief nursing officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Laurel Highlands. In this role, she oversees patient care quality, treatment and services.

Renee has been with Select for 17 years, holding increasingly responsible roles including interim CNO, charge and staff nurse.

Previously, Renee worked for the Excela Health System in medical/surgical, orthopedics and gastroenterology nursing.

Renee received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University and associate degree in nursing from Westmoreland County Community College.

She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and serves on the Select Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Nursing Leadership Council.  Renee also on-boards new CNOs and mentors in Select Medical’s Nurse Executive Development Program.
