Kelly Duke, Chief Executive Officer
Kelly Duke is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Oklahoma City. In this role, he oversees hospital operations and works to provide exceptional patient and employee experiences.
Kelly joined Select in 2020 after serving two years as CEO of Colorado’s Kit Carson Memorial Hospital.
Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Quorum Health/Mimbres Memorial Hospital and Community Health System/Carlsbad Regional Medical Center in New Mexico. Kelly also worked in business development and marketing for Community Health System hospitals and Tenet/Sierra Providence Health Network (SPHN).
He received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration with honors from New Mexico State University.
