Vlad Kuznetsov, PhD, MBA, PA,

Vlad Kuznetsov serves as the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Northeast New Jersey. In this role since 2025, he leads the hospital’s operations, financial performance and strategic growth. Vlad has focused on delivering clinical excellence for medically complex patients, driving initiatives in census growth, physician engagement, and quality improvement, while fostering a mission-driven, high-performance culture.

With over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Vlad has held executive roles that included AVP of Psychiatry and AVP of the Surgery Department at Maimonides Medical Center, executive director for Jesuit skilled nursing facilities on the East Coast, executive director of Premier Healthcare serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and administrator of an ambulatory surgery center. He began his career as a physician assistant in various clinical specialties.

Vlad holds a PhD in business from California Pacific University, an MBA in healthcare administration from Baruch College/CUNY and a bachelor's degree as a physician assistant from Downstate Medical Center/SUNY.
