Chief Executive Officer

Patty Wors, MSN, RN

Patty Wors, MSN, RN is the chief executive officer for Select Specialty Hospital - St. Louis. In this role since 2025, Patty is responsible for the overall operations and strategic direction of the hospital, ensuring quality patient care, financial viability and compliance with regulations.

Prior to joining Select Specialty Hospital, Patty held positions as chief executive officer, chief clinical officer and director of quality and risk management at a long-term acute hospital. She was also the director of nursing at an acute care hospital and began her 36-year career in health care as an emergency department nurse.

Patty attained her Master of Science in Nursing/Nursing Leadership and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Webster University.
