Michael Grace, Chief Executive Officer

Michael Grace is the CEO of Select Specialty Hospital – Ann Arbor. In this role, he oversees strategic direction and operations, business development and patient care experiences.

A results-driven leader, Michael has held a variety of senior management positions in large academic health care organizations. Before joining Select, he served as hospital administrator- chief operating officer at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Previously, Michael was chief operating officer for Kaiser Permanente’s East Bay service area in Oakland, California. He has also held leadership roles at University of Chicago Medicine, Detroit Medical Center and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and Master of healthcare administration from the University of Chicago.
