Dr. Ayesha Khan, Medical Director

Dr. Ayesha Khan is the medical director at Select Specialty Hospital – Saginaw. In this role since 2017, she oversees patient management during multidisciplinary rounds, attends monthly and quarterly executive meetings and governing board.

Dr. Khan is board-certified in internal medicine and serves as attending physician at Covenant Hospital and Ascension Hospital.

Major research interests are pulmonary medicine/critical care and geriatric medicine.

Dr. Khan graduated with honors from Rawalpindi Medical College, receiving a gold medal for ranking first in her medical school. After moving to the United States, she completed an internal medicine residency at NorthShore/LIJ Hospital in Forest Hills, New York.

Dr. Khan is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and member of the American Medical Association.
