Kristy Bruner, Chief Executive Officer
Kristy Bruner is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Evansville. In this role since 2019, she oversees hospital operations, quality and employee engagement initiatives.
Kristy was promoted to the role after serving as Evansville’s chief operating officer. In her 18 year career with Select Medical, the hospital’s parent company, she has served in a variety of positions, including senior director of business development.
Earlier, worked as a short-term acute care nurse in the medical-surgical unit and operating room.
Kristy received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana and is completing her Master of Healthcare Administration from Ohio University.
