Chief Executive Officer

Kimberly Bentley

Kimberly Bentley is the CEO for Select Specialty Hospital - Midtown Atlanta. In this role since 2024, Kimberly oversees facility operations, clinical services, community outreach efforts and maintenance of compliance and regulatory standards.

Prior to joining Select Specialty Hospital, Kim had an extensive career in healthcare; a total of 33 years as a registered nurse. Kim spent her first several years as a bedside critical care nurse, clinical nurse specialist and director of critical care. She went back for a master’s degree in Nursing in the 90s and continued to advance her career forward. The last 18 years, Kim has served in senior leadership positions that included chief nursing officer, vice president of operations and chief operating officer. She has a passion for driving excellent outcomes for patients and improving the patient experience.

Kim received her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in nursing at Georgia State University. She is a certified executive coach, certified nurse executive provider and DEI certified through Cornell University.
