Dr. Ashraf Khan, Medical Director

Dr. Ashraf Khan is the medical director of Select Specialty Hospital – Panama City. He also serves as a regional medical director for the hospital’s parent company, Select Medical, and on its National Medical Advisory Team. As medical director, Dr. Khan oversees weekly team rounds and helps to formulate and implement policies, procedures and clinical protocols.

Dr. Khan is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and a clinical preceptor for the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He received a medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at the University of South Alabama, serving as chief resident his final year.

Dr. Khan is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians and Emerald Coast Medical Association.
