Chief Nursing Officer

Rose Bonaventura, MSN, RN

Rose Bonaventura is the chief nursing officer at Select Specialty Hospital – The Villages. In this role since 2024, she functions as the nursing leader overseeing patient care quality, treatment and services. She is responsible for nursing practice, wound care and the dietitian staff.

Rose has more than 18 years of experience in acute care with a background in intensive care, emergency care and as a float nurse. She has held various nursing administrative roles throughout her career including interim chief nursing officer, administrative director of inpatient services and director of nursing.

She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and associate degree in nursing from West Virginia Northern Community College. She is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA).
