Shannon Grams, Chief Executive Officer

Shannon Grams is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Fort Smith. In this role since 2017, she oversees strategic direction and operations, business development and patient care experiences.

A 30-year health care veteran with close ties to the Fort Smith community, Shannon was previously CEO of Regency Hospital Springdale for a year and, before that, director of business development for Fort Smith for four years.

Additionally, Shannon is an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas, College of Business, teaching senior level business classes.

A graduate of John Brown University with a master’s degree in business administration, Shannon also earned a bachelor’s of applied science from the University of Arkansas and associate degree in surgical technology from Westark College.
