Chief Executive Officer

Robert Schwichow, MBA, R.N., BSN

Robert Schwichow serves as chief executive officer at Select Specialty Hospital - West Allis. He brings extensive experience in health care operations and clinical leadership, with a strong background in driving performance and supporting high-quality patient care.

Prior to joining Select Medical, Robert served as vice president of operations for ApolloMD. He also held director of nursing roles at multiple organizations across southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, where he led clinical teams and oversaw daily operations.

Robert earned an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Elgin Community College in Elgin, Illinois; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois; and a Master of Business Administration from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois.
