Chief Executive Officer

Brandi Ross

Brandi Ross is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital - Richmond. In this role since 2026, she oversees all hospital operations, clinical program development, certifications, licensure and compliance standards and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Select Medical, Brandi served as vice president of operations at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, North Carolina. She also held roles as a regional market director, program director and director of operations as various health care facilities.

Brandi earned her associate's degree from Nash Community College, her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and her master's degree in health administration from the University of Phoenix.
