Chief Executive Officer

Kerri Ann Tononi MBA, MSN, BS, RN

Kerri Ann Tononi is the CEO for Select Specialty Hospital - Johnstown. In this role since 2024, Kerri is responsible for the overall function and management of the hospital, from the financial operations to ensuring the health and well-being of the patients and the communities served.

Throughout her career, Kerri has served in multiple leadership roles providing oversight for a variety of healthcare services and programs. Before taking on the role of CEO, Kerri worked as the COO. She also served as the vice president for heart, vascular and neuroscience services for Baystate Health System in Springfield, Massachusetts. Prior to that, Kerri was the executive director for heart and vascular services at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Kerri is a registered nurse who has held several nursing leadership positions, such as director of quality, director of nursing services, manager of nursing practice and manager of emergency trauma unit.

Kerri obtained a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University. She attained her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and earned her Registered Nursing Degree from Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Additionally, Kerri completed the Executive Leadership Program from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
