Market Chief Executive Officer

Adam Beck

Adam Beck is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Select Specialty Hospital – Harrisburg and market CEO of the Select Specialty Hospital Central PA market (Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and York). In these roles since 2024, Adam manages the day-to-day operations at Select Specialty Hospital – Harrisburg, while overseeing business and professional development for the local market.

Before taking on the role of market CEO, Adam also worked as a local chief executive officer, chief operating officer, regional human resource director, and various human resource positions in Select Medical since 2013. Prior to Select Medical, he worked in human resources in manufacturing.

Adam obtained his Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and his Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology with a Concentration in Human Resource Management from Bloomsburg University of PA. He holds a professional human resource certification from SHRM.
