Amy Waters, MBA, MSN, RN

Amy Waters is the CEO at Select Specialty Hospital- Camp Hill. In this role since October 2024, Amy is responsible for all hospital operations, clinical program development, licensure, compliance standards and strategic planning.

A registered nurse since 2004, Amy has excelled in various bedside and leadership roles across orthopedics, outpatient surgery, wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Before joining Select Medical, she served as a director of hospital quality and regulatory departments, where she developed a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and developing an engaged team to achieve a culture of safety that achieves exceptional results.

Amy attained a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Messiah University and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University.
