Shawn Dilmore

Shawn Dilmore is the chief executive officer (CEO) for Select Specialty Hospital - Willingboro and serves as the market CEO for Southern New Jersey. In this role since 2023, Shawn oversees all hospital operations, clinical program development, certifications, compliance standards and strategic planning.

Before taking the role of CEO at Willingboro, Shawn worked as CEO at Select Specialty Hospital - Tallahassee. Prior to joining Select Medical, he served as the chief operating officer at a 356-bed hospital in Northern Ohio. There, he had oversight of all non-nursing clinical departments and support services. He had similar responsibilities as the assistant chief executive officer at a general hospital in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.

Throughout his career, Shawn worked in a variety of settings, including small community hospitals, large academic medical centers and multispecialty physician groups.

Shawn attained his undergraduate degrees in business management and health policy and administration, and his Master of Healthcare Administration, from Penn State University. He completed his administrative fellowship at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Additionally, he is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
