Katie Triplett

Katie Triplett is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Omaha where she oversees hospital operations, quality, and employee engagement initiatives. Previously, she served as Select Medical’s Director of Performance Improvement and Patient Safety.

Katie is an active Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management through the American Hospital Association. Prior to joining Select, she served as Senior Manager of Risk Management and Regulatory Standards and Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner at Methodist Hospital. She has worked as a registered nurse in various critical care settings, including the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Units at Christus Spohn Shoreline and Abbott Northwestern Hospitals.

Katie received her Bachelors and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Clarkson College. She is passionate about holistic wellness and patient safety and enjoys cultivating collaborative and diverse teams. Katie is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American College of Healthcare Executives, American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Nebraska Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
