Chief Executive Officer

Allie Gibson, MBA, DPT, GCS

Allie Gibson is the chief executive officer for Select Specialty Hospital – Northern Kentucky. In this role since 2025, Allie is responsible for strategic direction, business development, daily oversight of hospital operations and the patient care experience.

Before taking on the role of chief executive officer, Allie worked as a senior rehab therapy manager with Select Medical and a rehab therapy manager for 12 years at Select Specialty Hospital – Cincinnati. She mentored and onboarded new managers. As an experienced physical therapist in critical illness recovery, she taught classes for the new graduate program. Prior to Select, she worked as a physical therapist treating age-related physical conditions, neurological impairments and orthopedic injuries.

Allie Gibson attained her Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount Saint Joseph University and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Miami University. Allie is also an APTA Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist.
