Chief Executive Officer

Candice Carroll

Candi Carroll is the chief executive officer for Select Specialty Hospital – Savannah. In this role since February 2025, she oversees hospital operations, strategic planning, regulatory compliance and quality of care.

Before assuming her current position, Candi served as chief operating officer at Johnston-Willis Hospital from 2023 to 2024 and at HCA Florida West Hospital from 2019 to 2023. She previously held leadership roles at Riverside Regional Medical Center, including chief nurse executive and CNO/COO, and spent more than 18 years with HCA Healthcare in positions such as chief nursing officer for Coliseum Health System, CNO for Terre Haute Regional Hospital, associate chief nursing officer and director of emergency services. Earlier in her career, she worked as an emergency room nurse and forensic nursing coordinator.

Candi earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Warren National University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Nursing from Jefferson College of Health Sciences.
