Chief Executive Officer

Michael Poli

Michael Poli is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – The Villages. In this role since 2024, Michael oversees all hospital operations, clinical program development, certifications, licensure and compliance standards and strategic planning.

With over 15 years of experience in hospital operations leadership, Michael has served in roles including chief administrative officer, interim chief executive officer and chief operating officer in acute care hospitals.

Michael holds a Master of Health Science in Health Finance and Management/Health Policy and Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Johns Hopkins University. Michael is committed to advancing patient care and operational excellence at Select Specialty Hospital – The Villages.
