Chief Executive Officer

Tuan “Tommy” Le, MHA

Tuan “Tommy” Le is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – San Diego. In this role since 2022, Tommy is responsible for the day-to-day strategic, financial, operational and quality excellence management.

Prior to joining Select Medical in 2022, Tommy served as CEO for Westlake Medical Center and Austin Arise Medical Center. There, he was responsible for clinical, business development, revenue cycle management and ancillary services.

His earlier positions included CEO of Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital and ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Corbin; administrator/ CEO of CHRISTUS Dubuis Hospital of Beaumont; director of inpatient rehabilitation for CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline and administrative fellow with the CHRISTUS Dubuis Health System.

Tommy earned his Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas and his dual bachelor's degrees from Texas Tech University.
