Brent Miller, MD, MS

Dr. Brent Miller is the medical director for Select Specialty Hospital - Birmingham. In this role since 2024, Dr. Miller leads the medical staff and multidisciplinary team caring for the critically ill patients admitted to the hospital and serves on the medical executive committee.

Dr. Miller is board-certified in internal medicine and is a partner of Hospitalist Services of Alabama and Rehab Services of Alabama where he works as a hospitalist for an inpatient practice.

Dr. Miller obtained his Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School, Masters of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and his bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in medical ethics from The University of Virginia. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at The University of Alabama-Birminghham.
