Tatiana Gardner, Chief Nursing Officer

Tatiana Gardner, MSN, RN, is the chief nursing officer of Select Specialty Hospital in Plano, Texas. In this role since 2020, she organizes and administers the department of clinical services, implementing care standards and overseeing compliance to established policies, programs and procedures.

Tatiana previously worked as director of quality management before taking on the role of chief nursing officer. Prior to Select Medical, Tatiana worked in health care roles that included nurse manager of a telemetry progressive care unit, direct nursing care and clinical leadership. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, American Nurses Association.

Tatiana attained a Master of Science in Nursing Administration at Stanford Health Care.
