Tremayne Miles, Chief Executive Officer

Tremayne Myles is the chief executive officer for Select Specialty Hospital – Dallas Downtown. Promoted to the role in 2021, he oversees hospital operations, quality and employee engagement initiatives.

Previously, Tremayne spent two years as Dallas Downtown’s chief nursing officer.

Earlier, he worked as intensive/critical care unit clinical director for Christus Oschner St. Patrick, supervisor with Medical City Healthcare, assistant manager at UT Southwestern Medical Center and registered nurse at Parkland Hospital.

He earned a doctorate of nursing practice from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, master’s in nursing from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University.

Tremayne is a member of the American Nurse Association, Texas Nurses Association and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
