Clarissa Miller, Chief Nursing Officer

Clarissa Miller, R.N., is the chief nursing officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Johnstown. Promoted to the role in 2018, she focuses on patient-centered care and leading the clinical staff.

Previously, Clarissa served as the hospital’s director of quality management, procedure, fill-in charge and staff nurse.

Earlier, she spent a decade at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital, working as a procedure, post-anesthesia care unit and step-down trauma unit nurse.

Clarissa earned an associate nursing degree from Conemaugh Memorial School of Nursing and completed National Healthcare Safety Network infection control competencies and the Association for Infection Control Professionals’ Education for Infection Prevention Intensive Course for infection control.

She is a member of American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
