Kelly Blake, Chief Executive Officer

Kelly Blake is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Johnstown and Market CEO for the Johnstown/Laurel Highlands area. In these roles, she manages day-to-day operations at Select Specialty Hospital – Johnstown while overseeing business and professional development for the local market.

Kelly has successfully led Select Specialty Hospital – Johnstown for more than a decade.

Previously, she was part of the nursing faculty at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and administration director at Altoona Regional Hospital, overseeing emergency medicine, trauma service and neuroscience. A nurse for 30 years, Kelly’s bedside experience encompasses emergency, trauma, prehospital and critical care.

She earned a doctorate in nursing practice and Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration with a minor in health care from University of Phoenix.
