Lisa Pettrey, Chief Executive Officer

Lisa smiling at the camera. Lisa Pettrey is the CEO of Select Specialty Hospital – Columbus Victorian Village. In this position since 2022, she oversees hospital operations, quality and employee engagement initiatives.

Previously, Lisa spent nearly three years as a Select Medical interim CEO, where she managed and onboarded new leaders around the country. Before that, she served as Columbus Market CEO and CEO of Select Specialty Hospitals Columbus South and East.

Earlier, Lisa worked in the OhioHealth system as vice president and chief nursing officer at Grady Memorial Hospital and director of nursing, critical care, heart and trauma services at Grant Medical Center.

She earned bachelor and master’s degrees in nursing from Capital University and Virginia Commonwealth University, respectively.
