Jennifer Fess, CEO

Jennifer Fess, MBA, LNHA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Cleveland Fairhill.

She joined Select in 2017 to operate Select Specialty Hospital – Cleveland Fairhill’s sub-acute unit. Before that, she held various posts in the long-term care industry, including with Laurel Health Care Company and Alter Care Centers for Rehabilitation, establishing relationships within local hospital accountable care groups. Additionally, Jennifer led teams through operational startups, improvement in regulatory compliance and ownership transitions.

She has a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy from Eastern Michigan University and is a licensed nursing home administrator with the state of Ohio.
