Dawne Chaney, Chief Executive Officer

Dawne Chaney, MBA, RNC, BSN, is the market chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital - Akron and Select Specialty Hospital - Canton. In this role since 2022, she oversees strategic direction, operations, business development and the patient care experience.

Previously, she spent eight years at Summa Health System as the surgical cardiovascular intensive care unit clinical manager.

Dawne has a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
