Lisa Miles, BSN, is the chief nursing officer for Select Specialty Hospital – Akron. In this role since 2016, she organizes and administers the department of clinical services, implements care standards and oversees compliance to established policies, programs and procedures. Lisa also monitors wound, dietary and radiology initiatives.

She was promoted to the position from house supervisor, having joined Select in 2009.

Previously, she worked for Sempercare as a registered nurse and as a supervisor for several skilled nursing facilities.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Akron.
