Dr. Seth Parker, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Seth Parker is the chief medical officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Grosse Pointe. In this role, he oversees all medical services.

Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Parker is associated with the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He also serves as the medical director over four local subacute nursing facilities and has directed utilization committees for over 10 years. In addition, Dr. Parker rounds at Grosse Pointe’s William Beaumont Hospital, where he has worked on the peer review committee, and is credentialed at Ascension St. John Medical Center and Henry Ford Health Systems.

Dr. Parker received a medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center.

He is a member of the American College of Physicians and was recently honored as a Fellow.
