Zaahra Butt, Chief Executive Officer

Zaahra Butt is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Grosse Pointe and market CEO for the Grosse Pointe/Pontiac area. In these roles, she manages day-to-day operations at Select Specialty Hospital – Grosse Pointe while overseeing business and professional development for the local market.

Zaahra was promoted to the Grosse Pointe CEO from its chief operating officer post four years ago.

Previously, she served as Select Specialty Hospital – Pontiac’s rehabilitation manager and spent three years there as an occupational therapist. In addition, Zaahra worked as an occupational therapist for St. Joseph Mercy Oakland.

She received a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University and bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University.
