Kenneth LePage, Chief Executive Officer

Ken LePage Kenneth LePage, MHA, FACHE, is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Battle Creek. In this role since 2020, he oversees strategic direction, operations, business development and the patient care experience.

Previously, Ken served as CEO of Family Health Center, executive director of operations and support services and associate vice president of process excellence for Trinity Health – St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital and lean sensei at Trinity Health’s Michigan headquarters.

Ken received a Master of Healthcare Administration from Ashford University and Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. Additionally, he is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives, lean-certified sensei, Six Sigma Black Belt, published in several health care journals and holder of multiple U.S. patents.
