Codie Dillie, Chief Executive Officer
Codie Dillie, R.N., MSN, is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Quad Cities. In this role since 2018, Codie oversees hospital operations, quality and employee engagement initiatives.
Codie was promoted to the position after spending two years as Quad Cities’ chief nursing officer. During her tenure, she has led the hospital team to numerous internal awards and positioned it as a community partner in charitable activities.
Earlier, she was an intensive care nurse manager at UnityPoint and an ICU nurse for 10 years.
Codie earned a master’s in nursing from Walden University and associate degree in nursing from Black Hawk College.
