Kimberly Love-Smith, Chief Nursing Officer

Kimberly Love-Smith, MBA, MHA, R.N., is the chief nursing officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Atlanta South. In this role, she organizes and oversees the department of clinical services, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.

Kim has been with Select Specialty Hospital for more than a decade, serving in increasingly responsible positions.

Over her more than 30 years as a nurse, she has worked at hospitals in Georgia and New Mexico in a variety of clinical settings, including critical care, mother-baby, medical-surgical and Native American health services.

Kim received a graduate degree at Capella University and undergraduate degree from Macon State University.   She serves on the advisory board for nursing at Georgia State University-Perimeter College, Chamberlain University and Mercer University. She has been a member of National Black Nurses Association since 2010.
