Dr. Anthony Otekeiwebia, Medical Director

Dr. Anthony Otekeiwebia is the medical director of Select Specialty Hospital – Tallahassee. In this role since 2022, he assists with policy, program and quality control enforcement and helps develop multidisciplinary care standards.

Board-certified in Pulmonology, General Critical Care and Neurocritical Care Medicine, Dr. Otekeiwebia also serves as an assistant professor of medicine at Florida State University.

Dr. Otekeiwebia received a medical degree from the Usman Danfodiyo University, Nigeria. He completed an internship and residency at Morehouse School of Medicine and earned a fellowship at the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Otekeiwebia is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians, Society of Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care Society and Capital Medical Society.
