Charity Blackmon, Chief Nursing Officer

Charity Blackmon BSN, R.N., is the chief nursing officer for Select Specialty Hospital – Panama City. In this role since 2015, she is responsible for organizing and administering the department of clinical services, implementing care standards and overseeing compliance to established policies, programs and procedures.

Previously, Charity worked for four years as the director of a cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) and as CVICU nurse.

She received a bachelor’s degree at Jacksonville University and is pursuing her Master of Business Administration at the University of West Florida.
