Kelvin Parks, Chief Executive Officer

Kelvin Parks is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Orlando North, overseeing hospital operations, quality and employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining Select Medical in 2022, Kelvin spent six years with the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks, four as chief executive officer and two as chief operating officer. During that time, he directed operations for its acute-care hospital and seven community clinics.

He also served as the chief operating officer for the Manchester Veteran Affairs (VA) Medical Center, VA/Department of Defense merger and acquisition program manager, and interim assistant chief operating officer for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Centers in Chicago and Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Kelvin has a Bachelor of Science in organizational management from Crichton College and master’s degree in management and leadership from Webster University.
