Tuan “Tommy” Le, Chief Executive Officer

Tuan “Tommy” Le, MHA, is the chief executive officer of Select Specialty Hospital – San Diego, where he oversees hospital operations, quality and employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining Select Medical in 2022, Tommy served as CEO for Westlake Medical Center and Austin Arise Medical Center. There, he was responsible for clinical, business development, revenue cycle management and ancillary services.

His earlier positions included CEO of Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital and ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Corbin; administrator/ CEO of CHRISTUS Dubuis Hospital of Beaumont; director of inpatient rehabilitation for CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline and administrative fellow with the CHRISTUS Dubuis Health System.

Tommy earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and political science from Texas Tech University and Master of Science in health care administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
