Sherryl Carter, Chief Nursing Officer
Sherryl Carter, R.N., BSN is the chief nursing officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Phoenix. In this role since 2013, she is responsible for oversight of the clinical staff, and primarily responsible for the hospital’s standard and practice of nursing care. Sherryl also serves as senior CNO, assisting in the orientation of new CNOs.
A nurse for more than 30 years, Sherryl has held several managerial positions at acute care hospitals in Los Angeles and Phoenix, and has been employed at Select Phoenix since 2005.
She received a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Grand Canyon University.
Sherryl is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
