Ashley Iverson, Chief Nursing Officer

Brittnee Ferrero MSN-L, MBA, RN, is the chief nursing officer of Select Specialty Hospital – Phoenix Downtown. In this role since 2021, she oversees and administers its department of clinical services, implementing standards of care, policies, programs and procedures.

Previously, Brittnee served as the director of nursing/administrator with AmSurg/Envision Healthcare and spent several years as a critical care nurse for the Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix.

Additionally, Brittnee held positions as an acute care nurse specializing in critical care, nursing leadership and ambulatory surgery, senior nursing leader for critical care and medical surgical nurse at Banner Thunderbird.

She earned a Master of Science in nursing leadership with an emphasis in leadership in health care systems, Master of Business Administration and is working on a Doctor of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
