Our Admissions Coordinator will process your referrals to Select Long-Term Care Hospital - Colorado Springs quickly and efficiently. An on-site evaluation of the patient will be completed by a Clinical Liaison within hours of the referral. The Clinical Liaison is your personal contact to Select Long-Term Care Hospital. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the services we provide. Once an admission decision has been determined, the patient can often transfer the same day.

Medical Director

Dr. David Call completed two undergraduate degrees at BYU before attending Medical School at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. He completed his residency with the United States Air Force at Wright Patterson in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Call is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and is a hospitalist with Colorado Springs Health Partners in addition to being our Medical Director.

Dr. Call has been an active staff member at Select Long Term Care Hospital-Colorado Springs since 2006 and became our Medical Director in 2008. We are proud to have Dr. Call on our staff.
